Would give more stars for Kiah if I could. She’s all the things you ever want in a customer service person. She said I could have a little Jesus found on the counter. Cakes were excellent, as usual.
BEWARE: Midlo does not supply Classic Vanilla (their choice to exclude it). They are not sophisticated enough to remove vanilla as an available flavor on the online ordering system and they still run ads in store featuring it.

There was a young black lady working the register the day I had went and I didn't get her name. She was really nice and answered all of my questions about their items! She was very patient and knowledgeable. With her help I was able to purchase what I needed, and my guests loved the selection she picked out! Thank you!
Bought two cakes here today. The outside of the container of one had hair and chocolate all over it. Disappointed, definitely deterred me from eating my cake. I didnt see until i got home. Cake was also very dry. I have had these at multiple locations and this by far is the worst. Definitely wasted my money. Just could not eat cakes. So sad
