Sharing my experience in hopes that this does not happen again to anyone. I ordered a 2-tier cake online for delivery at my sister’s Birthday party. The day of the event I receive a call at 6:45pm then at 6:56pm (their closing time was 7pm). I missed their calls as the event had started &the caller ID shows as NBC -Pequeno C. They leave me a Voicemail saying “the delivery was cancelled by the driver and unfortunately since we close at 7pm there is nothing we can do to deliver it….”.
