Customer service was phenomenal, Didn’t have to wait in line very long.
The cakes are normally pretty good. But when I was in there, I was being served by a Caucasian girl who was polite and said hi but then when I wanted 2 cinnamon roll bundlets, apparently that was a problem with the black girl with the braids. The scowl at me and not even addressing me but telling the yt girl no in a rude way was just weird lol. Fayetteville, you’re really living up to the hype. Now I remember why I moved. Your rude staff will be your downfall.
The bundt cakes are amazing
We ordered 2 small bundts last week and they were very good - lemon and white chocolate raspberry. About 2 weeks ago we were on a family vacation at the beach and ordered the big vanilla bundt (we were celebrating one of our grands birthday). We had 18 people. It went over very well and there was plenty to go around. We ordered vanilla. Will definitely order again!
