I made a big order of 125 Bundtlet for an even in CCS. I spoke with 3 different employees to make sure they got the right order. I picked the order the day before I asked for my 125 count they said everything was there. On the day of event (morning of next day) I noticed the only provided me with 100 count. Well as you can imagine I was short on the event. I stopped by the store to try to fixed there mistake but what I received was a very bad outcome. They refused to do it right. I’ve called multiple times and every time I’m placed on hold for more than 30 minutes! It’s regarding to my receipt not the cakes.
I used to love go into Nothing Bundt Cakes until I found out that they stopped making butter pecan and snickerdoodle bundt cakes. I was shocked those two cakes were discontinued. They have other flavors but absolutely nothing topped those two flavors. I wish the company would bring them back if it's only seasonal. Please bring them back.
