The manager Helen was suchhhh a vibe, she made 2 minutes feel soooo good. Left with a smile FORSURE!!
The best cakes ever.
We had an unfortunate delivery issue through Uber Eats that damaged our order for a birthday party (completely outside of Nothing Bundt Cakes’ control), and Helen, the operations manager, and the team went above and beyond to help make it right. She had everything remade quickly and made the whole situation much less stressful. I truly appreciated the incredibly kind customer service throughout the process, which honestly meant a lot especially since it wasn’t their fault. The service at this location is superb. The Gluten free cake was moist and delicious. There was not a noticeable difference from a regular cake. They packaged the cake for long travel.
Helen at the Peoria, IL location made the visit fun and I'll definitely be back!! Bundt cakes are so good!
