I purchase a nothing but Bunt cake for every holiday get together. About 6-7 a year. Picked one up on Wednesday for 4th of July, popped the box in my fridge to serve for desert on Friday. I couldn’t believe it when I opened the box the girl had removed the plastic wrap that was on it in the display case and put the unwrapped cake on the box. For as pricey as their cakes are, you would think the service would be better. This location CS skills suck. They treat you like an inconvenience and are incredibly unhelpful.
It's crazy the Meridian location would even be open with just a few flavors available. Don't waste your time driving to Nothing Bundt Cakes, apparently they don't keep anything stocked anymore and you'll just be disappointed. Waste of time and gas. Used to be great, it's gone downhill for sure.
I’ve always loved Nothing Bundt Cakes, but the Eagle location in Meridian, ID has been a letdown. While the cakes are still tasty, the customer service consistently misses the mark. Every time I visit, the staff is unfriendly, never smiles, and doesn’t make you feel welcome—it's as if they couldn't care less that you placed an order. On a recent visit, I brought a printout of my order to avoid past mix-ups, only to be met with sarcasm: "Not sure why you’re handing me a piece of paper... all I need is the name." I would give 0 stars if I could. I was recommended my sister to come here and purchase a cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday. I also signed up a day BEFORE to receive the complimentary cake and was told by the employee that I would need to have signed up for 6 months in advance to receive the free cake! Everything relies on “Apps” now a-days. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere.
