I’m not sure I could have felt any more unwelcome here and a burden. Walked straight out after the lack of caring.
Placed an order two days ahead and when I arrived they not only were out of one of the 4 flavors I ordered with 6 dozen but also had input an hour later to pickup. As much as it costs I expect better outcome and service. Step up your game!
A huge thank you to Sam, the manager at Nothing Bundt Cakes, for going above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend received his birthday cakes while he was working out of state. I couldn't be there, and Sam made the whole process seamless. Exceptional service and delicious cakes - truly grateful!!
