Like others, I had placed an order ahead of time to be picked up the day before Mother's Day - 5 dozen bundtlets for the mothers at church. My order was scheduled for 5:30pm, and when I arrived there were about 15 others there waiting for their orders to be filled. After some time waiting, I received 5 boxes, each with 12 bundtlets. I was surprised the following day when I opened the boxes to find they were not the flavors I had ordered - 2 of which were especially important as they were to be gluten-free. We stopped in the store on Saturday and it was busy after spending 30 minutes I placed and order to return for pick up at 5:30. We returned at 5:20 and it was obvious this location does not know how operate their own process. At 6:00 I am asking where my order was and was ignored only to have to ask again. Needless when I finally did get what was supposed to be my order was incorrect and short two cakes. Ridiculous and many patrons felt the same way. Will not return and support a business run so poorly.
Order a cake online was scheduled for a 5:30 pickup 6:30 and still waiting. Staff was clueless place was full of people waiting. Not sure who manages this location obviously needs a new manager
