We stopped in the store on Saturday and it was busy after spending 30 minutes I placed and order to return for pick up at 5:30. We returned at 5:20 and it was obvious this location does not know how operate their own process. At 6:00 I am asking where my order was and was ignored only to have to ask again. Needless when I finally did get what was supposed to be my order was incorrect and short two cakes. Ridiculous and many patrons felt the same way. Will not return and support a business run so poorly.

Order a cake online was scheduled for a 5:30 pickup 6:30 and still waiting. Staff was clueless place was full of people waiting. Not sure who manages this location obviously needs a new manager

Not staffed well or prepared for a holiday weekend whatsoever. Stood in the store for fifteen minutes before someone even came to the counter from the back of the store. There were people who had preordered that were waiting in store for 30+ minutes.

I stopped by Nothing Bundt Cakes in Rogers, Arkansas this afternoon to pick up a pre-ordered cake, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, the front door was propped open and the lobby was absolutely packed with at least two dozen people. Zero out of 10 recommend. This place has really gone downhill lately. The staff was completely overwhelmed with only a hand full of people in the store today. Emma was nice enough to inform me after an extremely long wait in her line that her register did not have tap to pay and she refused to ring me up at the next register that did have tap to pay even though there was nobody at it. Instead, she wanted me to wait in a second line for another half hour to which I said no thanks and left and won’t be back.
