I tried to place an online order to surprise an out of state family member for their birthday who was only here for a short time. The online ordering page kept freezing so I called to get assistance, the person said they have problems w/ their online ordering & checked to verify they could take a delivery order over the phone. Came in to redeem my birthday Bundt that I got the email from the rewards and the male employee was so rude, racist and unkind. would not recommend coming to this particular store. Love this Bundt cakes and it’s a birthday tradition can’t wait for the cross roads store to open!
