7-28-25 I can't believe we have this wonderful store right down the block. Debbie took great care of me as she always does. We have had them before, but yesterday I took a dozen of the Bunttines as a gift to a dental office that I was going to visit. Most of the staff had not had any of these wonderful desserts before. This location typically never disappoints with any of their cakes / flavors. Went specifically for the Banana Pudding because it was back & I missed it the first round. Unfortunately, they really missed the mark on this one. So disappointed. Not a smidgen of banana flavor whatsoever and not even as flavorful as the plain vanilla! Just bland.... What a letdown.
I love the cakes, perfectly moist and tasty. I wish their sweetness could radiate to the staff. They seem stuck up and unwelcoming. There is a need to improve customer service.
I’ve had the pleasure of shopping at the Nothing Bundt Cakes locations in Lake Mary and Altamonte Springs, and both offer outstanding service. On May 24, I purchased three Single Towers as gifts for my son’s kindergarten teachers, and the experience couldn’t have been better, everything was perfect. The presentation was beautiful and it was ready right on time. Both stores are spotless and the customer experience is exceptional. I highly recommend them!
