To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. I've loved these cakes for a while, but the manager of this location went above and beyond today to make sure the cake for my son's birthday was perfect.
The cake is so yummy but we have been very disappointed in the customer service recently. The new hours have us scrambling to get there before 7:00 and if you get there at 6:50 employees are already locking the doors. Recently we watched a girl turn down 4 different couples 10 minutes before closing because she said they were already cleaning up to leave. This was on a Friday night. It feels like our business is not important to you.
I went there 15 minutes before closing and tried ordering bundtlets with extra frosting. The employee stated that she couldn’t do extra frosting because they were getting ready to close and that if I wanted extra frosting that I would need to come back when they were “more” open.
I came here the other day and the service was amazing! Sophia was really helpful and I loved the food!
