In-store experience was 5 stars! Dealing with Customer Service to have rewards points allocated to new account within 10 minutes of a future purchase was inordinately frustrating and time-consuming -- 0 stars for that policy and program!
I placed my order online and it was ready and waiting for me at the requested time when I arrived. As usual, the cakes were delicious!!
The whole family loves this store. We come all the time. Great staff, great ownership, amazing cakes and variety and very fair prices for how high quality the cake is made. Definitely would recommend to everyone!

Absolute favorite place to get dessert. I have to stop in for a bundlet every time I pass and I buy a pack of bundtinis for every social event I attend. So good.
