We love these cakes. They are always so delicious but we were surprised to learn that we couldn’t customize a cake with writing. Tried to order a gluten free cake for my friend who just finished chemo treatment. Just wanted something simple…We’re proud of you… but instead I was offered a piece of plastic that said Celebrate or Congrats. No exceptions. Turns out it’s very cookie cutter and not very service oriented.
Thank you so much for going out of your way to open the shop in a day that it was closed to allow me to pick up a cake I ordered for the day prior and forgot to come get. This place is GREAT! amazing Cakes and reasonably priced for the A+ quality. Highly recommend!!
Cake was ruined before we even got home hard to contact anybody about it
