Always came to this location because I was greeted with friendliness all the time especially in the mornings one day decided to come here on a Saturday after sleeping from a 12 hour overnight shift not realizing the time because I’m used to this location closing at 7 when I go did realize I was there 7 mins before they closed on a Saturday a young lady behind the counter was cleaning and didn’t greet me or anything but had a nasty demeanor I intentionally went in there for the biscoff cake thinking they’ll have it and as I l... read more
I initially called the La Grange location to place a delivery and received the worst service... and lost so much time in the process. So I called the Elmhurst location and received THE BEST SERVICE! I spoke with Julie... she was GREAT!! She was quick, personable, attentive to my request, and provided info that I needed. I recommend the Elmhurst location!! Thanks Julie!!
Horrible customer service won’t be coming back to this location. By the way, this store doesn’t deserve a one star.
