Customer service needs work
My son turned the BIG 5 today and he was so excited to get his own little cupcake 🧁 when we went in the cashier barely spoke and wasn't friendly at all! We told her today was his birthday and she completely ignored it. He was waiting for her to acknowledge his birthday and she completely ignored him!!! Definitely not supporting this business anymore 😒
I like the Nothing Bundt Cakes bundtlets especially the lemon and red velvet cakes but the online ordering and pickup service needs work. My order was delayed when I arrived. I ordered my birthday bundt cake and it wasnt ready by the order time. I purposely came late and still had to wait about another 10 minutes in the store before it was done.
