Had a BOGO coupon. Girl scannned the coupon but then realized she rang up the cakes wrong. She asked to scan again and then it was invalid and said I hsd used previously. This was not the case as I just received it in sman email. Clearly she had already scanned it the first time and then rendered it "used". Left after that as she clesrly made an error but did not accept it was her fault.
I have tried Nothing Bundt Cakes before, but this was my first time in store. I was surprised how many options there were when I tried the Oreo individual bundtlet last week, and now I am back to order an Oreo individual bundtlet for my wife! Thank you, Mirabella, for your hospitality as well.
Went in today in the late afternoon and just had the most unhelpful and rude employee help us.
I spent over $60 there today. I had a special-needs child with me who was very thirsty and just wanted a sip of water and the staff said they didn’t have any water. Yet, one of the staff members had just come out with a Styrofoam cup of water. The bright thing to do would’ve been to offer my child a cup of water so that he could have a sip of water after spending money at your store. This is very poor customer service. Your employees have a smile on their face, but obviously no heart to serve people
I have ordered a couple times. The dirt cake was absolutely dry and a complete letdown from being an extra cost. Wouldn't order again. Highly recommend the white chocolate raspberry or the chocolate chocolate chip.
