I had such a wonderful experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes recently! I stopped by to pick up two cupcakes and was helped by Ty’Era C., who made the entire visit so pleasant. She greeted me with a warm smile, was extremely friendly, and provided excellent customer service. Ty’Era went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and her positive attitude truly made my day. I arrived at this location shortly prior to closing on 8/10 to purchase two bundlets. When my daughter and I began to eat them that night, my daughter mentioned that her cake was extremely dry. I tasted it, and I immediately spit it out. She also mentioned that my lemon cake looked dark, overcooked. I tasted it, and this was the driest, most disgusting bundlet I’ve purchased from any location. Since the location was now closed, I placed the cakes aside and would call in the morning. Staff is not friendly at all, if I ask for a receipt I expect to get it. Purposely throwing away my receipt and giving me the customers before is not acceptable
