Sadly this location lacks the service and professionalism that other locations have. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY, you will NEVER get it and they will not refund on a cake that never arrived. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Drove over an hour away to come here because a family member reccomend that I come here. They closed early, locked the doors and shut the light off as we were trying to open the door. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. Don’t tell me you close at 7 if you’re going to close at 6:45.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! i’ve always loved nothing bundt cakes and have made it a point to always get a cake on my birthday every year . This year I received my annual free bundt cake reward email which also included an expiration date with that being 7 days after my birthday on March 3rd. I received a birthday email stating that I could redeem a free mini Bundt cake. There was nothing in the email saying it had to be picked up on my exact birthday. I drove 40 minutes to this location specifically to redeem that offer. When I arrived, I was told they would not honor the coupon because it was not my exact birthday. The staff explained that the email comes from corporate and that this location “does things differently” and follows its own policy. My question is — how is a customer supposed to know that?
