I love their red velvet cake. Small location but it does the job well. Have been here multiple times and it's always very busy. The woman who helped me order my daughter's birthday cake was very helpful. Cake was ready on agreed upon time with no issues.

I visited the South Euclid, Ohio, location, and the gentleman behind the counter refused to scan the barcode for my complimentary bundtlet. He read my number under the barcode and entered it manually. I used 600 of my 1893 points, and he joked about using them to get him a cupcake. My balance when I left was 1293; this morning, the day after, my balance is 693. I have been to this location several times, and this has never happened. If you want your points used by this male associate, this is the place for you.
