I ordered a Bundt cake for my brother’s birthday to be delivered yesterday. The cake never got delivered. No one called me to say there was an issue with delivering or nothing, so the cake basically disappeared after pick up from the store. I called the store and spoke with a manager named Haley around 11am today. The order was supposedly picked up by an Uber driver. Their classic vanilla flavor is top notch.
Very disappointed after driving from out of town to pick up a cake for a birthday to find the store closed with hours of operation still open. I could see someone behind the counter and when exiting my vehicle the lights turned off and the individual went to the back. I arrived at 7:25pm. Yes it was nearing the closing time, however, this is very poor service and especially when we see the employees in there. Very disappointed in this location.
