So disappointed! I have loved these cakes and now their quality has gone done. My fork struggled to tear a piece of it. The frosting is not what it used to be either. Unless it was just an old cake and in that case it shouldn't be sold.
The cakes are always fresh and delicious and staff is always friendly!
Nothing Bundt Cakes is the kind of dessert stop that instantly brightens the day. The cakes are incredibly moist, with that thick cream cheese frosting that’s hard to resist. I like how the flavors stay simple but comforting. It’s not a place I visit every day, but when I’m craving something sweet and indulgent, it always hits the spot.
My wife and I have purchased from NBC at various locations across the country. We are new to West Jordan and this location in Taylorsville is actually closer to our home than the West Jordan location, so when I had a question about what is going to be an order of SEVERAL cakes for a large birthday celebration, I tried calling this store. So disappointing. Went to try the new Dubai cake. It looks nothing like the picture. The pistachio inside is nothing like the picture (which, I understand things don’t always look exactly like the pictures). We had to dig for the pistachio, which when we found it, it’s a hard ball the size of a quarter if that. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
