I asked my mom for a birthday cake from here. It was my mom's first time visiting the shop today. She's was not aware how Nothing Bundt customizes their cakes. My mom asked the employee if they could write "Happy Birthday" on the cake to which the employee rudely replied "No, we're not a grocery store." And then added "where would we even write that on the cake?" as if my mom asked an absurd question. Disappointed that you cannot purchase the mini bundt cakes either individually, in 3's or 6's instead you have to purchase 12 for $30 that's ridiculous. Plus the people that served us today didn't smile and looked bored out of their minds. First impression expensive for a bundt cake.
