I had a frustrating experience with Nothing Bundt Cakes due to how their delivery operations were handled. Their delivery driver was parked in a clearly marked no-parking zone on a main road, blocking a pass-through lane and preventing traffic from moving. When I politely asked if the vehicle could be moved, the driver refused, showing no regard for the disruption being caused. Delicious and consistent every time. The owner and staff are very pleasant and very accommodating. We love when they come out with seasonal flavors.
I asked my mom for a birthday cake from here. It was my mom's first time visiting the shop today. She's was not aware how Nothing Bundt customizes their cakes. My mom asked the employee if they could write "Happy Birthday" on the cake to which the employee rudely replied "No, we're not a grocery store." And then added "where would we even write that on the cake?" as if my mom asked an absurd question.
