I love the treats and the service is excellent.
I’m very disappointed with my experience. I clearly told the associate that I had a buy one get one free coupon, but instead of using the coupon I showed him, he used my rewards without my permission. That was not okay. Customers should always be asked before any rewards points or account offers are redeemed. Those rewards are earned and should not be used unless the customer gives clear approval.
