My experience was strange and surreal. I made a mistake with my frosting order and wanted to add frosting. I was willing to come back the following day. The employee said, I don't think we can do that because the cake is already decorated. I understand and apologized for my mistake and was willing to take the same cake not a new one and I'm ok with simply removing decorations and placing same ones on after adding frosting. Nicest staff I have experienced in a while! I ordered a cake online for pick up and I was running late, ETA after closing time. I called them, and they, very graciously, offered to wait for me to hand me the cake after closing time! lovely experience, my daughter's birthday dinner celebration was complete with a delicious Red Velvet Bundt Cake!
You get one star because it’s 9:45am and the store still isn’t open. I really wanted some Bundt cakes today for a birthday party. I guess I’ll get my cupcakes at Judy’s or Kara’s instead. I’ve seen at least 4 other customers show up and walk away. Bad business.
