Bought 6 and couldn’t get a box. Offered to buy a box, they wouldn’t sell one for some reason. What crap customer service.
This location provides excellent customer service! They went above and beyond on my delivery order . And the cakes were very fresh and delicious too! Thank you
Allright, it was a total negative experience. The cakes were not frosted. The staff didn't seem to care. The manager made false promises to make it right. I called the next day. The manager was to busy to take or return my call. I was disappointed. I have to give the experience one star. There is nothing lower. I wish continue to try and resolve, the issue with the manager.
