I requested a delivery be made directly from their app. I received an email that Uber would be the delivery service. After not being able to get an Uber driver about an hour later, I called the location directly. Brittany, the manager, was able to cancel the Uber and had her delivery driver make the delivery in a timely manner. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Impressive service
Was here to pick up an order but there was a mix up on our part for location. The manager/owner on 08/21/26 was so kind and helpful. She even gave me a free bundtini for (our) inconvenience. Incredible, the white chocolate raspberry is so good!
I don’t know what they do they make me wait 20 min and told me they don’t have my order they just waste my time
