The scheduled delivery was never made despite the order being placed through the company’s website. I was told by the manager after the delivery window had passed that Nothing Bundt Cakes is not accountable for failed deliveries as they are partnering with a third party company for the deliveries and do not use their own drivers. Therefore, they cannot help me if the delivery had not been made. I need to reach out to the delivery company they cooperate with myself for more information. I went in right when they opened and was greeted by a smiling, enthusiastic person behind the counter. We wanted the dozen sampler and the employee was very helpful in giving suggestions. She informed us it would take about twenty minutes to fill the order. Great to know they were being made (sort of?) fresh. We came back in fifteen and they were ready. Wonderful place, service is alway warm and friendly. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff, there's always something to sample. We've pretty much tried call their cakes now, we like them all. Highly recommend. I just wish they had seating and coffee.
They've gone crazy with their prices. Its 7.50 w/o tax on one personal cake. It was never an upcharge for gluten free. That's why I loved this place. Now I'll have to cook t myself at home. So sad😢😢😢😢
