Ordered a small cake last week online (granted it was last minute). I ordered it the night before for a 9 am pick up. On the way there at 8:57 I get a call that the cake wouldn’t be ready and I would have to wait 15 minutes. I couldn’t wait. I still had to pay a $19 delivery fee even though it was not my fault the cake wasn’t ready. The delivery location was less than 2 miles away. Cake was good though.
20240710 I got an ad in the mail for buy 1 get 1 small bundt cake. I had the cupcake size a few times and thought it was ok. I decided to give it another try. The young lady at the store was very nice, helpful, and attentive. I picked out 3 bundtlets, thinking I would get a cupcake size for free. I was wrong!! I got a bundtlets instead 😱. The store also carries other merchandise for the cakes as well as last-minute gifts. I picked up 5 different flavors: Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet, Strawberries & Cream, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Lemon. They were extremely delicious and fresh! The lady, Alexas, really helped me choose the best. She was extremely professional and patient with customers; she really made my son's birthday special. I am definitely returning to this location.
Yummy cakes! I recommend the red velvet Bundt cake, and the icing just as up to par as the customer service I’ve received! D is attentive, friendly, and goes above and beyond! Exceeded my expectations!
I like that this Nothing Bundt Cake is in close proximity to my job but I have complaints against the cakes themselves. When ordering regular bundtlets the frosting ratio is off and for the snickerdoodle there is no cinnamon sugar. I have spent over $1k at this location in the past few months for work and personal gatherings. Attaching a picture, the bundt cake on the right is the Reston location, same flavor.
