To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. Melissa & Evelyn was so sweet 🎂 I haven't tried the cakes yet but I appreciate the customer service! Definitely can't wait to try the cakes. I been craving some cake!
My experience here was horrible because of the manager Melissa. She's very conceited, hostile, sarcastic, snarky and RUDE!! People like her do not deserve that role if they can't treat their customers with hospitality, kindness and respect.

The only location where they make you feel like a criminal when redeeming coupons (buy one get one free or the birthday cupcake). It’s the closest to my house, but after trying to redeem another BOGO the other day (and being questioned about my printed coupon, having to wait to make sure my coupon was valid), I’m done with these guys. The Sterling store has much better customer service. Hands down. Cakes taste great though, but you’d expect them to taste the same everywhere.
