I wanted to share some feedback about a recent experience. On Friday 12/19/25, I purchased wine glasses as Christmas gifts for my coworkers. After one glass was hand-washed, the paint began peeling off. I returned to the store today 12/22/25 with the receipt, expecting an exchange, and was surprised to learn that all retail items are final sale (per the manager). I’m really disappointed with my experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes today. I placed an in-store order for a dozen pre-made Bundtinis, and it ended up taking over 30 minutes to get them. No one mentioned that it would take that long — I had to ask after waiting 15 minutes, only to find out my order still wasn’t ready. What made it worse was that the staff didn’t seem in any rush.
