** Update** I am completely impressed by the customer service that I received after this review . I was given a phone call and also an explanation as to why that may have happened . It made total sense and as I explained to the store that we've enjoyed their cakes over the years, I was also told they have very little complaints about their product . It's not often in today's climate you get a phone call and a true concern and nice people that are willing to resolve a matter. This cake was awful. It tasted like pure sugar. $6... read more

This cake was awful. It tasted like pure sugar. $60 and we threw it out! Even our guest barely ate their slices. Not sure if they just messed up on mine or changed the product. Suppose to be a birthday cake yet they forgot the banner. Very disappointed.
