I’m really disappointed with my experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes today. I placed an in-store order for a dozen pre-made Bundtinis, and it ended up taking over 30 minutes to get them. No one mentioned that it would take that long — I had to ask after waiting 15 minutes, only to find out my order still wasn’t ready. What made it worse was that the staff didn’t seem in any rush. I walked into Nothing Bundt Cakes expecting dessert. What I got was a spiritual experience. The moment I stepped through the door, I was hit with the warm, sweet scent of sugar, happiness, and possibly unicorn dreams. It was like Willy Wonka opened a Pinterest bakery. ** Update** I am completely impressed by the customer service that I received after this review . I was given a phone call and also an explanation as to why that may have happened . It made total sense and as I explained to the store that we've enjoyed their cakes over the years, I was also told they have very little complaints about their product . It's not often in today's climate you get a phone call and a true concern and nice people that are willing to resolve a matter. This cake was awful. It tasted like pure sugar. $6... read more
