I came in for a pick-up order and there was a group already in the middle of browsing through the whole selection. They did not seem ready, so I simply asked the front desk person, “Hey, can I grab a pick-up order quick?” She looked at me with such a rude look and said, “Um, no, I’m helping them right now.” Of course, I understand that waiting my turn is reasonable — but that’s not how you speak to people. I placed a catering order and I had trouble finding the driver and the team at Nothing Bundt Cakes did amazinggggg. They sent a new driver and literally saved the day. Amazing service!
Nothing Bundt Cakes was a total hit at our wedding! Our guests absolutely loved them, and we made sure to offer a great variety so there was something for everyone. For my husband and me, we chose the tiered drizzle cake, and it was both beautiful and delicious. I’ve always been a big fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes, so it only made sense to include them on such an important day. Highly recommend!
I was going to buy 4 mini cakes for a pregnancy announcement so asked for a box to put them in and was told no... So I went to a different location and they gave it to me no problem. The manager at the Blaine location seemed to be bothered that I would even make that request. I couldn't wrap my head around why, especially since the other location gave it to me without question!
