In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. Worst customer service ever! Went in for my birthday bundlet and bought 2 more cause I mean it's NBC When I arrived home I noticed my strawberries and cream one looked like a mini mini bundlet compared to the usual size or even the size of the others. I called the store to express my disappointment in the product and the young lady puts on a long hold then returns to tell me that her manager said they're all weighed the same. This location is the WORST!!! They are rude and condescending. My husband had to go back to the store with our son after they double charged him. Not only were they impossible to work with, they were very remaining. My husband is legally blind and tried explaining that to them was a joke. Their attitude was an “oh well” when showed them they didn’t honor the BOGO email. I will happily drive to the Copperfield location anytime!
