This location is the WORST!!! They are rude and condescending. My husband had to go back to the store with our son after they double charged him. Not only were they impossible to work with, they were very remaining. My husband is legally blind and tried explaining that to them was a joke. Their attitude was an “oh well” when showed them they didn’t honor the BOGO email. I will happily drive to the Copperfield location anytime! Picked up one Bundt cake in person for work this week and had another one delivered today. Both services were great! I’ve picked up cakes from them in the past as well and have always had great experiences with their cakes/bundtinis. This is my family’s go to since it’s so close to us. It works out great.
