Please wash your carrots correctly before baking with them. There is sand in your cake!!! I bite into sand at every bite!!!
Don't waste your money on Nothing Bundt Cakes (NBC) carrot cake. HEB carrot cakes are MUCH better and MUCH less expensive. The NBC cake was dry, not flavorful and tasted more like spice cake. RUN...don't walk across the street to HEB!
Worst customer service ever! Went in for my birthday bundlet and bought 2 more cause I mean it's NBC When I arrived home I noticed my strawberries and cream one looked like a mini mini bundlet compared to the usual size or even the size of the others. I called the store to express my disappointment in the product and the young lady puts on a long hold then returns to tell me that her manager said they're all weighed the same.
