This is the Worst NBC location in the Houston area. I would normally purchase from the memorial location but tried the Fry /Tuckerton store because it’s closer to my home. Two Out of the 3 purchases from this location were under baked. The first time I just threw it out because I had cut almost half the cake for my guest. Months later I tried again and it was perfect. Very disappointed, I'm not sure why I expected more from a Bundt cake and it seemed like a very disorganized process with employees going up to customers and more behind the counter. Wasn't sure who to go to to pay .
Tried this for the first time was highly disappointed by price and the amount of cake or icing I received.. literally ripping people off for Bundt cakes. The manager at the store I believe named Denni was very sarcastic and condescending as well when I spoke with her. The whole experience was a no thank you. Sad so much hype for this sub par cake
Wish the cakes here were more consistent. The size has been reduces significantly, icing (the best part) is inconsistent, customer service inconsistent as well. I recieved this bundtlet as a gift. Looks like it is underbaked (collapsed cake) and the icing is reduced even more as well. I hate that my sister spent her hard earned money and recieved this quality cake. Unacceptable.
The people at the store were nice but I was disappointed that my white chocolate raspberry bundlet was actually a lemon… I knew it tasted off and then when I cut through there was no red bits that normally are in the white chocolate raspberry.
