Well, my wife and I wanted to taste these cakes after returning from your location in LA. However, the same name but different service, maybe a bad day. We took our time thinking, I decided on the lemon and my wife wanted the carrot cake. When another person went to the counter, they were created with smoke and told about the ordering process and a free cake. The small one. When we got to the counter, the vibe was gone. I've spent a lot of money with this place but the employees I encountered this week were Extremely rude and caught an attitude for redeeming points. I even spent money during the transaction so it's not like I just went in for a free treat. What's the point of the app with rewards if it's such an issue to use them?? Apparently they make them upside down as well now too since 2 of them I received were literally upside down with the icing on the bottom facing upright. Great presentation 🙄
