I went to this place after seeing positive reviews, especially for service. Well either I hit there at the wrong time or they are racist. We are middle aged Asian couple, walked in to find something for my birthday. The lady came out from the back room maintained a poker face the whole time. No question asked, no introduction. I felt like such a big annoyance the whole time, even after I told the couple came in after me to go ahead while I figure out what I want. Ordered a Bundtlet to be delivered to my son on Valentine's Day. The delivery driver made a mistake and it was not delivered. I tried to contact the store but it had closed by then. The corporate customer service was AI and frustrating. I called the store the next day it was opened and the young woman took care of me. She had the Bundtlet delivered and I and my son were happy. I appreciate this store's service.
What was to be a surprise 30th Birthday delivery request directly off NBC website to my son, turned into a stolen monumental moment while also a gouge from my bank account! We live far from our son so this was a surprise to be delivered to his work to show he was on our mind. Delivery driver showed up apparently and didn’t have a last name or his number to call….a lie! Horrible customer service. Called ahead and asked about availability and was told there was enough. Asked about discounts for my 7 yr old daughter’s birthday and employee told me to have her download the App! She’s 7! Got to the store and almost nothing left. Same employee told me there was a 5 minute wait for a bundlet but it took 20 minutes. Employee was courteous but extremely dry and unpleasant.
