Had a code for a little bundlet and decided to redeem. The service was fast and polite, the cashier who attended me was also very considerate. The overall service during the 4 years I have been a customer have been consistently well. The cakes are good and the service is great.
I would give yall overall 5 stars BUT I was disappointed to learn the red velvet cake has chocolate chips in it. Yall should take them out or make another red velvet option without them. I was really craving red velvet 🥲 But I did get the key lime and it was busting/delicious/delectable/yum 🥴
I came into your Westheimer location on my son’s birthday May 26 just to get something quick because we are celebrating his birthday on Saturday May 31st with family. The lady at register named Kimberly customer service was horrible. Staff is always friendly on every visit. Always greeted as soon as I walk in the door. Buntlets are not bad either.
Pretty good! I happen to stop in with a coupon of BOGO which was a great deal! Customer service was great and the place is always clean!
