The cakes we got were good but the customer service was trash. I walked up and asked the girl how she was doing and she just looked at me irritated and said nothing. The whole interaction, the girl didn’t say nothing to me but the total. I understand how it feels to be overwhelmed by a busy day but dang it ain’t hard to say hey, what can I get for you or thank you have a good day. Charged for four bunt cakes but only received 3. I am not going to drive back for the missing one but disappointed I didn’t receive all the cakes I ordered.
It’s great for every occasion, staff is friendly! Birthdays are always my favorite!!! I love the option to choose different flavors in one dozen! My kids love this!! Also, Gluten free doesn’t taste gluten free 🤗
Ms. Robin was wonderful and has great customer service. She’s very patient and very, very polite and kind. She is a great person. She deserves 10 STARS!!!
