Place an order for a bday cake for my husband. Friend picked the cake up. The cake LOOKED LIKE IT WAS FOR A DAMN FUNERAL NOT A BIRTHDAY, BLACK BOWS when BLUE was ordered and VANILLA cake when LEMON cake was ordered. Whatever older woman answered the phone today has no common sense. My boyfriend asked for an 8 inch GLUTEN FREE chocolate chip cake as I have celiac disease. She told him the two gluten free flavors then gave him a glutened cake that wasn’t even the flavor he asked for. It was like she completely ignored the THREE times he said gluten free. Lovely I won’t have a birthday cake now! This woman definitely has zero listening skills and zero direction following skills and zero common sense…
First time trying Nothing Bundt cakes because I saw where they’re having a BOGO mini sale. I asked about the special and was told she knew nothing about it and it wasn’t offered at this location. I continued with my purchase as another customer came in and was helped by another employee. The customer asked about the BOGO minis and she said that she give her that special.
