I truly love this place and have always had positive experiences, which makes this situation disappointing. I pre-ordered both a signature box and a seasonal box two weeks ahead of time. When I arrived to pick up my order (12/27/2025), I was only given one box and left the store. Shortly after, I realized something was missing and went back inside. This was my first time visiting. I chose a carrot bunt cake. This thing is so soft & moist. Just the right amount of sweetness in the frosting. I wish I'd have gotten a large or several. I'll definitely be stopping in again.
I did not get a birthday cake for my birthday, everyone's so busy it was during the week so I wasn't upset. But God... knowing that secretly in the back of my mind because I grew up Jehovah's Witness and I didn't really get to celebrate my birthday until I was 40 really wanted a birthday cake LOL, today that happened.
