I've placed 3 orders with the Longview location. Each time I've waited at least 20 minutes psst my pickup time. What is the purpose of pre-ordering? They really don't look very pretty either. Poor customer service. Gonna be Smallcakes for me going forward.
I truly love this place and have always had positive experiences, which makes this situation disappointing. I pre-ordered both a signature box and a seasonal box two weeks ahead of time. When I arrived to pick up my order (12/27/2025), I was only given one box and left the store. Shortly after, I realized something was missing and went back inside. This was my first time visiting. I chose a carrot bunt cake. This thing is so soft & moist. Just the right amount of sweetness in the frosting. I wish I'd have gotten a large or several. I'll definitely be stopping in again.
