Customer service sucks! Waited 50 minutes after the time the cake should have been ready. Then they gave me the wrong cake. The cake was already in my car. They gave the cake to another customer. Refunded me because I questioned them about their customer service and long wait. They were totally unapologetic!
I came in very much last minute to order a carrot cake for my papa’s 75th bday. The young lady at the front (I believe Cameron) was soooo sweet! She helped me figure out what I was looking for (this was my first time ordering with them) and wasn’t rude to me at all. I was able to witness Ms. Cameron and the manager (I believe) handle an unhappy customer who was rather rude. Best little bundle cakes around. They have reduced the size, but if they get any smaller, I will make my own. For the price we are paying we deserve more cake! If you have to increase the price, that's understandable, but leave the size of the product alone. It doesn't equate to up the price and reduce the size of the cakes. They were already quite small.
I visited the Harbison location on my birthday February 10, 2026 around 2:27pm. I was greeted by Ms. Priscilla. She was so lovely. She was pleasant, humble, and patient. Her aura was what I needed to continue to enjoy my day. Just her kindness made a difference in my day. Ms. Priscilla continue to be you and be blessed. Thanks again.
