This place is fantastic. Aside from the two-tier cake (red velvet/classic vanilla) looking beautiful and absolutely delicious, their customer support and eagerness to please the customer was truly fantastic. I placed an order and requested delivery for the following day for an office party. Unfortunately the only delivery drivers that kept showing up to pick up the cake were on bikes. Nothing Bundt Cakes – First visit to this location Perfect spot for a birthday cake, any celebration, or just sweet treats on the fly! 🥮 They offer an assortment of flavors and sizes, so there’s something for everyone. I’ve chosen this cake brand ever since I first discovered it, and I’m glad to know there’s a location here. Just wish there was one in DC!
Confectioneries from here are delicious but had bad experience at this store twice. There are just one or two kids running the store front with super low skills in customer service. Not sure how they come up with the rules about boxes or packaging but this is what I was given as packaging for a $95 cake, no box whatsoever. I asked for one and, however that was for some reason, one of the most impossible things that can be accomplished. How is one supposed transport a cake safely that’s packaged in this manner?
