Love their cakes. But service could have been better when I asked if they can change my cake to a bigger cake. They said no. I haven't touched what I purchased over the phone so I was surprised of the 8inch when I got there. I would have preferred the 10 inch for my son's Bday, but didn't realize till I got there to pick it up. They said no. Well I guess they did not need the up sell.
Worst customer service.
My experience today at this location was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. I called around 4:04 PM to place an order over the phone, but was told I couldn’t. The manager, Valerie, personally instructed me to come in at 6:00 PM instead. Google lists their closing time as 8:00 PM, so I arrived early at 5:50 PM — only to be met with impatience and confusion. This Place is horrible they locked the doors when they were still open then charged me 2 dollars for not reason Bethesda is better did I mention Bethesda GO TO BETHSDA 8209 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814!!
