It’s more rare these days to walk into an establishment and be warmly greeted. Always appreciate excellent customer service and that’s what I found when I walked in the door here.
This evening, just before closing, we visited your shop to purchase a dozen bundt cakes (approximately $67.67 worth). Unfortunately, our experience with the employee working—Aubree—was extremely disappointing. I’ve gotten Bundt cakes many times but the fact that they give you a free Bundt cake for your birthday with zero hassle has increased my love for this place. I got the strawberry cheesecake one and WOWZA! So darn good!
Talk to corporate or IT... This is just not cool! Seriously! Why do they think this is ok on a repeated basis?!?
