Unfortunately over the last few weeks you can definitely tell that the quality is no longer there. Cakes definitely taste different, not sure what happened. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service, called and asked to speak to a manager after receiving a underbaked cake. Never received a callback from Brian (owner) or MOD.
Always pleasant and helpful. When they don't have the special in the case they have no problem trying to get them out.
