I would never go to this location again. The manager was rude and they don’t have folks or napkins smh. Never again.
Never returning to this location. Came to try their new flavor. Arrived and was told they were sold out for now, it would take 30 minutes for them to frost the new cupcakes. I stayed in the area and came back an hour later. On my way back, I called to make sure they were not sold out. The woman on the phone said they were stocked up with this flavor and encouraged me to come back. I arrived just a few minutes later and somehow they had sold out again. I had an issue with my balloon order that was quickly rectified by the store manager, Jessica. She was accommodating, and ensured everything was resolved.
Got 2 red velvet, no chocolate chips and tasted very fruity like artificial raspberry,didn't taste like I remember, I didn't even like them, before I loved them
