Really terrible experience with nothing but cakes. It’s my daughters birthday tomorrow so I placed a cupcake order for 11am 2-25-2025 we found a coupon so we were trying to do a buy one get one free. Turns out it wasn’t for the cupcakes I ordered which was fine but then when I asked to exchange the cupcakes for just a nice cake the employee stated that she could do it if they didn’t already make my order.
