Delicious cakes but terrible customer service. I Pre ordered cakes for a party, my order was accepted, but when I went to pick up I was made to wait 45 minutes for the order to be ready past the agreed time. No apologies, no updates, no offer to mitigate the inconvenience. We will not be back to this store again. Very disappointing!
