I’ve been a loyal customer of NBC since 2018 and have never faced any issues with hygiene before. However, my recent visit to the NBC café in C-Scheme was very disappointing. The place was unhygienic, the service extremely slow, and to my shock, we found pieces of paper in the creamy frappe we ordered.
