Not very good service and unfriendly. Was at the service department didn't get much help and the service guys very unfriendly and didn't even get up smile or look like he wanted to help me.

$450 quote to replace an intermittent/faulty switch which opens the rear hatch on an Astro van. Need to “replace the latch.” Brought it to another GM dealer for second opinion and they lubed up the latch/assembly and the tech adjusted the gate so less binding for a fraction of the cost and now works perfectly. Third time Northern Motors has shown their ability for poor diagnosing, workmanship, and outrageous price for parts not needed.
