Mike at NOTEBOOM RV was an excellent salesman to deal with gave us a great deal on our trade an awesome deal on our new 2016 HEARTLAND NORTH TRAIL TRAVEL TRAILER. I haven't seen customer service like this in years! I was late getting home from work and there mechanic still came to my house after hours. Greg and the whole crew you guys are the best!! Made contact thru Facebook about looking at a new camper. Told them we'd be there at 11 o'clock on Friday. Looked at the one we wanted to see plus 2 others. We were VERY interested in one. The salesman we were dealing with drove to Paullina where we were camping to look at ours. Said "someone from the dealership will be in contact with you by the end of tomorrow." Well, don't know which tomorrow he was talking about, but still haven't gotten a return phone call. Is this the new way to earn a new customer?
