Notebook Shop is wrost shop EVER!! Terrible place. I purchased a laptop from this shop on Feb, 2009. I also purchased the 1 year extended warranty plan. Recently the power jack of the computer became loose, so I brought the computer in for service. This shop did not honor the warranty. They told me it is not covered and charged me. $175 for the repair. I later called the manufacture and was told that IT IS covered by the warranty. open 7 days for you! Excellent customer service. Best place to buy notebook computers for home and office. Open 7 days a week, I bought 4 notebooks already and referred numerous friends and family and they are all happy with their purchase.
