Called Note Cycles and purchased a Soundstream Reserve V2. Two days later (being this morning) it arrived. I spent my time waiting watching YouTube videos of Sean (Shawn) doing the install, and in two hours I had my old head unit out, the Soundstream V2 installed, and everything functioning 100%. Im am not typically a review writer however the excellent customer service I received from NoteCycles is beyond expectations. Not only does NoteCycle offer top products but their customer service goes above and beyond. They have made a life long customer out of me and encourage you to look them up!!

I can't say enough good things about these folks. The staff pointed me in the right direction as to what I needed to do a head unit and speaker install on a 2020 FLHT running a Thundermax. Plus they're a fast shipper.
