Bought a radio for my 2010 flhtk,it malfunctioned a couple of months after purchase,I reached out to them and someone got back with me fairly quickly. That was basically it. I sent the radio last year and I have sent 2 emails now. One in December and another one this month. No reply or acknowledgement whatsoever. At this point I'm out of 400plus and a radio But honestly I don't even want it back or my money. They can take their business and do whatever is best
Very displeased with quality of Soundstream HDHU. +14. With in a year the screen would glitch randomly. I purchased with the module so I could use my original hand controls but it doesn’t do anything but turn the volume up and down or skip songs. I will not flip through the apps. I also bought a Rockford Fosgate amp new and no matter how I hooked it up, will not work with that radio. Even called Rockford to make sure everything was hooked up correctly and it was.
