Had issues with my V2 after performing a sound stream update. I owned the V2 past the 60 “no question asked” warranty period. Anyway, Sirius module and V2 wouldn’t work together anymore. After a different Sirius module didn’t fix things, I decided to send everything back so they could troubleshoot/repair. They got my return on Tuesday, and I had working gear Friday. I am a new motorcycle rider. Decided to upgrade the Boom GTS 6.5 due to its proprietary solutions, lack of wireless CarPlay. Clumsy interface, and no wireless helmet support. Bought a Sony head unit from them. Worked for a week. Drove to Frederick to have it replaced they said nothing wrong with radio. They did replace the wireharness. Work for about 2 months. Now the same issue. Will never purchase anything from them again. Issues is with the radio. I have worked with this stuff for years and it is not the bike or the factory harness. Out 300 plus for this but lesson learned. Do not deal with this company!!
Got the Mex-M72BT Sony Marine Radio/CD Player, Great Sound, insulation was easy and I like the way the Display changes colors, price was close to others, but Note Cycles was better than the rest with customer service
