Cute restaurant, lovely atmosphere outside, was excited to try it based off the reviews and reputation. Maybe my expectations were too high. After we put our order in, we waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food to come out and our waitress didn't check on us once during this period. When our food did finally come out (15 minutes before the restaurant closed), there was no explanation or apology, it was bland, and the portions were small. Note offers a great venue in a nice Harrisburg neighborhood for a relaxed and cozy date night. The steamed Prince Edward Island mussels were rock star level, definitely a must do. My fiancé really loved the Salmon and it was a fairly healthy portion. The scallops were great but honestly, just three scallops for $39! Seems a little chintzy on the portion.

🥂 Decided on a me date while passing through this town during a conference! Loved the Pinot blanc (I usually drink Grigio), the duck dish was excellent, and I always love me some crème brûlée! 🤤 Wonderful spot to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Thank you to the lovely lady who served me tonight! There was noise from the traffic outside and random people doing some cray stuff, but it was all part of the experience.
