This place was a small business when we started 6 years ago. It is now part of a large corporation that doesn’t care and is inflexible. If you have a doctor they left this practice to a small office, I suggest you follow them.
The whole office is amazing! It was our first visit today, They are so kind and compassionate! My LO one was scared today! But the ladies at the front desk eased her mind and especially the nurse who took her vitals. But Dr. Shah! She is phenomenal, she knew my LO was scared and frightened and made the whole visit easy! I’ve never seen my LO get examined without throwing a fit , until today ! I highly recommend this friendly, compassionate office!
The doctors and staff are wonderful and very friendly and accommodating.
The staff here is very rude. I am shocked they would even employ someone that unprofessional.
I highly recommend going someplace else. The only nurse who give vaccinations here was very rough with my child and the rest of the staff was very rude. The doctor here doesn’t seem to really care that his staff are cruel.
