I loved Dr. Yi as a pediatrician and would continue to see her but the location wasn't optimal for me and it was incredibly inconvenient to have to be referred to Hackensack medical center for a bilirubin test and having to pay hospital outpatient costs for that. The receptionists were fine when I was there. I switched to a location with lab testing on site.

Unreasonably long wait times even for 1st appointments of the day.

If I could give Clifton and the Pinebrook locations 0 stars I would. I have never dealt with such incompetent individuals in my life who were so unwilling to help a patient when needed (a patient of 15 years might I add). The receptionists at the front desk of the Clifton office act as if you're interrupting them by calling and then will continue to speak over you on the phone disregarding whatever it is you may need. These people do not know how to handle patient care. I had to keep calling to find out the results of my blood work, when they should have been calling me. They were so rushed on the phone when I called the first time and they just told me that I needed to repeat the blood test without even telling me why or having me speak to a doctor!! I told them I wanted to know about my blood work so many times when I had called and they told me they would be calling me back so many times. They didn't call me back.
