She was fantastic: was perfectly on time, patient with older customers, carefully helped us revise and edit the document, advised on several related topics. She took her time working with us. Her fee was very reasonable and we paid exactly what she quoted on the phone (not at all a given I think). Overall, my strong recommendation, and thank you, Elena!
